Our full and part time positions are salaried and include a benefits package. We offer the following benefits:

Raintree EMR is a state of the art practice management, scheduling, billing, and documentation system.

Microsoft Office 365 – We use HIPAA-compliant Office 365 for Email, Skype, Collaboration, SharePoint, Calendaring, and more!  This allows us to more effectively share files, documents, and overall more effective collaboration between therapist, staff, and the multiple locations.

We also use Mobile apps to access documents and databases to allow our traveling therapist access remotely!

 

PayChex Payroll – This Internet-based payroll application eliminates time-consuming paperwork, phone calls and faxes traditionally required for payroll management. Enjoy maximized user control and state-of-the-art security, all with no extra software required.  PayChex Payroll manages all tax filing requirements for you.  This includes Federal, State & Local, Unemployment and SDI.  All filings done on your behalf are posted to your account for you to view or print when needed.

Schedule Flexibility: You create whatever schedule works for you. Whether you work 2 hours or 40, we value your contribution to the Therapy Playground team. Both full and part time. If working for someone else is not what you desire, clinicians can also become subcontractors! At Therapy Playground, subcontractors enjoy the freedom of self employment while having access at no charge to a team of professionals for administrative support. Subcontractors create their own schedules, while our office staff assists with insurance and scheduling. Therapy Playground provides you with the patients and you provide us with your clinical expertise!

Technology Driven: We are not stuck in the stone age. You will have your own workspace in an office with the latest applications for practice managment and scheduling.

Unlike some therapy clinics, we do NOT require employees to sign any kind of “non-compete” agreement.  North Carolina is an “at-will” employment state and we feel that if in the future  you decide for any reason to no longer work for us, that should be your choice.
