The patient dashboard is a portal you can log into on any device (PC, phone, iPad/tablet) to access visit summaries, change patient demographics, update medical history, pay your balance, upload documents, or message your provider.
Step 1: Access patient dashboard through our website, www.therapyplayground.com. Once on the website you will click the patient dashboard tab. A link to the dashboard was also provided in welcome letter.
Step 2: Sign in using the email address you provided to the front desk during your intake process
Step 3: Use the temporary password provided in welcome letter. If you have forgotten your dashboard password or if your temporary password has expired, you can select the forgot password option above the log in button. You will be prompted to enter the email address associated with your account; within a few minutes you will receive an email with further instructions on how to reset your dashboard password.
Once logged in you can navigate through the tabs on the main menu.
Dashboard Tabs
Dashboard tab: you can see a glimpse of multiple things at once such as, upcoming appointments
scheduled, pending balance, or any unread messages from your provider.
Profile tab: allows you to change/update any personal information before your next appointment. Here
you can access your insurance information, your phone numbers/addresses, and add new authorized
representatives.
Records tab is where you will now access your visit summaries, you can view them all or enter a specific
date range. You have access to download these to your device or print them off. Also, under this tab,
you can update your child’s medical history, update patient forms, and upload documents from your
device for the clinic to see. Please make sure you complete your medical history and forms before your
first visit.
Messages tab: is where you can communicate directly with your provider to provide updates or ask
questions. Providers will monitor and reply to messages at their earliest convenience.
Notices & polices tab: where any notice or privacy policy forms will be located.
Settings tab: where you can change your dashboard password and locate the access log.
