Our full and part time positions are salaried and include a benefits package. We offer the following benefits:

Holiday Pay: Eight holidays per calendar year and paid leave to be used at your discretion.

Billing: At Therapy Playground we handle all aspects of billing and payment issues for our patients and we never require our therapist to wait for payment.

Less Paperwork: We strive to keep lengthy paperwork to a minimum. We take care of Insurance certifications, Doctor’s orders, and the other time consuming paper work to allow our team members to be the “therapists” they were trained to be.

Schedule Flexibility: You create whatever schedule works for you. Whether you work 2 hours or 40, we value your contribution to the Therapy Playground team. Both full and part time. If working for someone else is not what you desire, clinicians can also become subcontractors! At Therapy Playground, subcontractors enjoy the freedom of self employment while having access at no charge to a team of professionals for administrative support. Subcontractors create their own schedules, while our office staff assists with insurance and scheduling. Therapy Playground provides you with the patients and you provide us with your clinical expertise!

Professional Perks: Paid North Carolina licensure and national certification. Paid Professional liability coverage.

Training: We want our therapist to constantly improve their skill level and to be life long learners. At Therapy Playground we provide $250 per year for approved continuing education for our full-time employees and contractors.

Technology Driven: We are not stuck in the stone age. You will have your own workspace in an office with the latest applications for practice managment and scheduling. If you have a smartphone, you will be able to check your schedule with the iOfficeHours app. We not only use Medisoft, the nations leading practice management application, but we are also a certifed vendor, so yes, we have the most current version.

Child and Family-Centered: We believe in child-centered approach to therapy, focusing on results and family education. We do not use “cookie-cutter” treatments for our patients, but individualize each treatment plan for the child and their family.

Marketing: Although Therapy Playground is already the largest in-clinic pediatric therapy company in Cumberland County, we continue to market to provide as many patients as our team members would like to treat. Our marketing approach includes: #1 ranking website, professional brochures, business cards, personal email addresses, and hours of phone calls, meetings, and other community activities to ensure that Therapy Playground is known as the leader of pediatric therapy services.

Cell plan: Cell phone with 400 minutes per month for personal and work use.

Mileage: Monthly work related mileage reimbursement

Tax deferred savings plan: Therapy Playground matches 3% of your contribution and you are immediately vested.
