Rachel has worked in several different settings including the schools, grades Pre-K through 12th, early intervention in the home, and independent contracting. She has worked with a variety of clients but especially likes working with those with nonverbal communication needs. She has a lot of experience working with children with autism and those with severe disabilities and enjoys the challenge of finding alternative ways to help these clients communicate.
Rachel was born and raised in Florida for most of her life before moving up to North Carolina to be with her boyfriend, now husband, Corbin. She loves to craft, especially sewing and scrapbooking, going out to eat and watching movies with her husband, and spending time with her family. She especially loves her job!
